
Cancellation Policy
Rapid Moves – Cancellation Policy
At Rapid Moves, we understand that plans can change. In order to provide the best service to all of our customers and respect the time of our crew, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Notice
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled move date. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will not incur any additional fees beyond the non-refundable deposit.
2. Non-Refundable Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your moving date and time. All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
3. Same-Day Cancellation
If a move is cancelled on the same day it is scheduled to take place, the customer will be charged a minimum of 3 hours at the standard hourly rate, regardless of whether the crew has arrived.
4. Rescheduling
We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests made with more than 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the move may be treated as a cancellation, subject to availability and applicable fees.
5. No Show or Unreachable on Move Day
If our team arrives at the location and is unable to begin the move due to the customer being unreachable, unprepared, or not present, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation and subject to the 3-hour minimum charge.
